By submitting a message through the WasatchCoinTrader.com (“WCT,” “we,” “us,” “our”) contact form, you agree to the following:

1) Purpose of the Contact Form

The contact form is provided for general questions, support requests, reporting listings, and other site-related communications. It is not intended for emergency or time-critical communications.

2) No Transaction Handling / No Escrow

WCT is a classifieds platform. We do not broker transactions, verify buyers or sellers, provide escrow, or guarantee any sale, trade, payment, shipping, authenticity, or outcome between users. Any transaction decisions or arrangements are solely between the buyer and seller.

3) Your Responsibility for Content

You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, misleading, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content. Do not submit content that infringes the rights of others (including copyrighted images or personal data you do not have permission to share).

4) No Sensitive Information

Do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form, including Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, full payment card details, or other highly sensitive data. If you include such information anyway, you acknowledge you do so at your own risk.

5) Communication Consent

By submitting the form, you authorize WCT to respond to you using the information you provide (such as your name and email address). You understand that email communications may not always be secure.

6) Response Times

We try to respond as soon as reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee a response time, that your message will receive a reply, or that we will be able to resolve every request.

7) Reporting and Enforcement

If your message reports a listing or user, you understand WCT may review the report and take action at our discretion, including removing content, restricting accounts, or contacting relevant parties. We are not obligated to take action in response to a report.

8) Recordkeeping

We may retain messages and related metadata for support, troubleshooting, site security, dispute review, abuse prevention, and compliance purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9) Third-Party Links and Attachments

If you include links or attachments, you represent you have the right to share them. WCT may refuse to open attachments or links for security reasons.

10) Governing Law

These Contact Form Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11) Updates

We may update these Contact Form Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies at the time you submit your message.
